Where it all happens: Pre-conference training, customer meetings, and both tracks of speaking sessions take place Monday and Tuesday at the Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo, UT. Wednesday moves to Sundance Mountain Resort for an on-mountain maintenance tour with the Sundance team, followed by your choice of guided hiking, horseback riding, fly fishing, art studio classes, or spa.

Nancy is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering. She is the author of The RCM Solution, A Practical Guide to Starting and Maintaining a Successful RCM Program.
