Redefine Reliability at ATTAIN '26
October 12-14, 2026 | Provo, UT
Real-AI-Ability Proof, not promises.
Join the maintenance, reliability, and IT professionals shaping the future of industrial operations at ATTAIN '26, Redlist's third annual conference. Three days of sessions, networking, and hands-on learning built around the people, platform, and proof behind the industry's most effective reliability programs.
This year's theme, Real-AI-Ability, is a direct response to an industry full of AI promises and short on AI proof. Redlist is the platform of record for reliability — the single system where strategy, decisions, data, and work come together — and ATTAIN '26 is where you'll see what real AI capability delivers when it's purpose-built for maintenance and reliability teams.
New for 2026: two dedicated tracks.
- Reliability and Maintenance Track — for operations leaders, reliability engineers, maintenance managers, and plant professionals building high-impact reliability programs.
- IT Track — purpose-built for IT professionals at mining, oil and gas, and heavy manufacturing companies who are responsible for the integrations, data infrastructure, and enterprise systems behind those programs.
At ATTAIN '26, you'll explore:
- How leading teams are operationalizing AI to drive uptime, not just dashboards
- Proven RCM strategies and how to scale them across complex operations
- Enterprise integration patterns, CMMS and EAM connectivity, and data architecture for industrial AI
- Real-world results from Redlist customers on predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and lubrication management
- An inside look at how Sundance Mountain Resort's Mountain Operations team maintains their lifts and equipment
- The tools, training, and community that make Redlist the platform of record for modern reliability
Where it all happens: Pre-conference training, customer meetings, and both tracks of speaking sessions take place Monday and Tuesday at the Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo, UT. Wednesday moves to Sundance Mountain Resort for an on-mountain maintenance tour with the Sundance team, followed by your choice of guided hiking, horseback riding, fly fishing, art studio classes, or spa.
If you're ready to see what reliability looks like when AI stops being a buzzword and starts delivering results, ATTAIN '26 is the conference you can't miss.

Speakers and Sessions at ATTAIN '26
Lick your Equipment! What it takes to get the Reliability you need using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and how to persuade Management (and everyone else) that it is a Priority!
Too often in our industry, organizations prioritize the latest technology, leaving the basics of Maintenance and Reliability overlooked. The result? A reactive mode of operation that negatively impacts profits, team morale, and reliability outcomes.
Inspired by a childhood story about a brother licking a pumpkin pie in front of all his siblings so he could claim it all for himself, Nancy shows how this humorous anecdote relates to achieving reliability goals and building a lasting and effective Reliability Culture with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Attendees will leave empowered to bring five basic reliability skills to the forefront of their organization and learn how to achieve long-term success with RCM. And in a world increasingly dominated by AI and digital tools, mastering these fundamentals is what gives professionals the ability to critically judge what advanced technologies really offer — and whether they’ll deliver real results. When the basics are in place, AI becomes an asset, not a distraction.
To wrap things up, Nancy leads a fun and interactive Reliability Experiment with the audience — and yes, one lucky participant goes home with a prize!
Nancy Regan is a leading authority on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and has over 27 years’ experience of hands-on practice facilitating RCM analyses, conducting RCM training, and assisting her clients in implementing RCM programs.
Nancy is trusted by global organizations to deliver interactive, informative, and inspirational presentations and training courses. Her simple, straightforward explanation of Maintenance and Reliability fundamentals show people how to overcome the organizational challenges that are in the way of creating an effective Reliability Culture.
Nancy is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering. She is the author of The RCM Solution, A Practical Guide to Starting and Maintaining a Successful RCM Program.
